Kyle Heidelberger is a true hospitality professional. As the brother to a Chef, Kyle started in hospitality as a prep cook prior to moving into Catering Sales and currently offers 16 years of experience in creating one of a kind events. Kyle’s practice at Town and Country Catering at the Reserve and CRAVE’s Catering showcased his ability to provide unique service to his clients with events that give a WOW factor. Kyle continued his knowledge at The Graduate Hotel and Courtyard Downtown Minneapolis curating weddings, galas and corporate events with top ratings from his clients. Kyle is thrilled to be a part of The Marquette Hotel / Windows on Minnesota and will continue to use his knowledge in personalized menus and service to create unforgettably experiences for clients and their guests. Kyle loves his native city of Minneapolis and always willing to point out the best views of it from Windows on Minnesota!
Meet the Chef
Peter Botcher brings 18 years of culinary experience to his position as Executive Chef for Marquette Hotel downtown Minneapolis, Jolliet House, and Jacques restaurant. Prior to joining the Marquette, Botcher held Executive Chef positions at Second Bar + Kitchen in Austin, Texas and Butcher & the Boar in Minneapolis, MN. He spent time training in Napa, California and worked for Chefs Steven Brown and Vincent Francoual in Minneapolis, MN. Botcher has had a varied and self-styled apprenticeship that includes cooking in a Michelin star vegetarian restaurant and the oldest BBQ restaurant in Texas among other adventures. Botcher loves to cook and does it 7 days a week both in the restaurant and at home.
